"I wouldn’t recommend this property until the second elevator comes back online. The project started in January . To have a property with 19 floors of rooms and to rely on one elevator is crazy. We were there when the elevator broke down and walking up more than 10 flights is tiring. The room is small(to be expected) being in Manhattan, but clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. "
