"Weather was surprisingly good during the visit. The lodge I booked was clean and spacious with a decking which can be accessed from sliding doors either from the living room or the bedroom. Kitchen space was good and the dinning area had a large table. Area was ideal for walks and was away from any noise . There is a nice pub at the bottom of the hill which also serves good food . Lidl is a short walk away also and the town centre is also within walking distance. Ashley who runs the accommodation was always helpful and responded with minutes to any questions I had to ask . Would highly recommend. "

"Was worried about the M4 being so close but in our room couldn’t hear a thing! Will definitely be back to stay, friendly staff and breakfast was great. Room was just what we needed, clean tidy and comfortable "

"Nice hotel, right next to a lovely lake which you can walk around. Good breakfast, good evening menu and nice bar. Just a shame that the swimming pool was no longer open (permanently closed). "

"I like the room was clean /airy and fresh . Central position to use the cafe and bars of Neath . Negative ,they did try and charge me the second time but did sort it out … Local Parking is available at extra cost ."

"Lovely stay. Really friendly and excellent staff. Great location if you don’t want to be in the city centre. Plenty of parking available. Excellent food and great choice for breakfast and evening meals. "

"Outside the property ie garden and driveway are disgusting. I was shocked as it was a shame as the inside was ok, windows in the propery need replacing."
