"The Point A was a great basic hotel (but it had everything we needed) in a perfect location (Kensington). The lobby cafe was convienient (with a fresh, yummy menu), bright and welcoming. The rooms were small but very clean, technology friendly and quiet. Staff were always available and very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of a big grocery store and the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t need a full service hotel. Fabulous experience and great value! "

"This time we got a room with a king and a twin bed. The room is spacious, comfortable. They provide plenty of tea bags and cookies. Small fridge adequate to hold up snacks and fresh fruits. Generous clean towels and amenities provided. 7 min walk to Tube station Earl’s Court and walkable distance to the lively South Kensington and Gloucher Rd. The place seems a bit running down. A good upkeep would make it a perfect stay"

"The room was certainly on the smaller side, but I suppose that’s common for central London. Furniture could also use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was excellent. Charming and cozy hotel close to Earl’s court underground, plenty of restaurants just a couple streets away off a quiet, picturesque little square. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A very good value for the money! I would definitely visit again. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Very close to Gloucester road underground and bus routes that made everything we wanted to see accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well appointed. The only con was that the bathroom needed a little detail work on the paint and caulking edges. Just wear and tear that needs addressed. Was delighted to find that, although I turned up over an hour before check-in time (just intending to ask if I could store a bag), my room was ready, which was exceedingly welcome. Room was of course very small, but perfectly fine for one person without much luggage. It was smart and clean, but a little tired and needed a bit of touching-up in places, especially in the bathroom where the too-small sink meant that there was water...
