Aloft Harlem

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (1003)
"I would have given ALOFT 5stars across the board, except upon arrival your outdoor elevator to the hotel that’s downstairs was out of service I had to navigate downstairs in the sleeting rain and snow with my luggage nearly falling. I know the staff had to see me your cameras are everywhere, I could have fallen and hurt myself, that is my only complaint I have stayed at your other properties with no problems or complaint once in the building everyone and accommodations were great."
