"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "

"This historic landmark hotel is located very close to Penn Station and metro stops making it very convenient for getting around. The room was very clean and updated while keeping an art deco feel. The beds were comfortable and staff stationed in the lobby were polite and helpful while adding a layer of security monitoring access to the elevators. The Tick Tock Diner with access into the hotel lobby is open 24/7 as is the small museum in the hotel lower level. After we checked out, they were able to hold our bags while we got in one more day of sightseeing before our Amtrak departure that evening. "

"You will have a hard time finding somewhere better to stay than Grand Central Hyatt. You are literally sleeping above Grand Central terminal and next door to the Chrysler building. "
