Mauricio, the host is really the most kind and friendly person you will meet - he is very knowledgeable and is always there to answer any questions you have about Cuba. He goes above and beyond to meet help you. The property itself is well located and is walking distance to a lot of other attractions. Overall i gave this place 5 stars and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Havana.

This property is exactly as represented by the photos, with beautiful views (bella vista) of the Havana shore/skyline. Located in the quiet diplomat/consulate/embassy district, it is also walking distance from the famed Art Factory (Fabrica de Arte Cubano) and en route to Fusterlandia (an entire neighbourhood engaged in street art re/using mosaic tiles to decorate the exterior of their homes). We are grateful for, and honoured by, the wonderful and generous hospitality of Mauricio and his wife in sharing their home, as well as the story of their lives and their country with us. Mauricio is absolutely fluent in English (as well as Espanol, of course!), and we learnt so much about Cuba (her people, her past struggles, present choices and aspirations for the future) through his patient and thoughtful explications. Highly recommended as the first port of call for all incoming travellers to Cuba, especially first-timers. We will stay again (and stay longer) next time.

Si vous voulez une immersion dans la vie cubaine, je vous recommande fortement la case de Mauricio. Des anecdotes, des moments partagés uniques, toujours à nous aider pour nos visites et effectuer des recommandations précieuses pour le voyage. A proximité du centre ville, bien situé ce logement sera parfait pour votre voyage à la Havane. Little France in Habana. A une prochaine fois Mauricio de la part de la team.

Very kind host Mauricio set one rule: feel as if you are at home. The location was nice and clean on the top floor of an flat. Private eleator to bring you there. Nearby the Art Factory. Very nice place where art and culture, food snd music are combined.

良かった点：1.オーナー夫妻の人柄 悪かった点：１．ここがどうというよりキューバ全体のネット環境が悪く、ほぼWiFiが使えない。使うときにはオーナーのスマホの同期設定でPCやこちらのスマホにWiFiの 電波を送ってもらう形でしか使えない。「Free WiFi」と書いてあったのでここを選んだが、一度You tuveを見たとき「35ドル以上かかった」と言われ、ネット使用の追加料金の請求トラブルを避けるため、極力同期設定を頼むことを控えるようになってしまい、必要なときは「お願い」するような感じで使わせてもらうような感じになっていた。街のHot SpotでWiFiを使用するには、列に並んで「一時間使用券」を１ドル程度支払って買わなくてはならず、それも（列に並ぶという）面倒を避けるため一切利用しなかった。 ＃キューバの後の宿泊先のエクアドル・グアヤキルでは ブッキングドットコムを通じてRESIDENCIA EMA City Viewという民泊に予約していたが、下にコピーした、そこからの2月２３日付の連絡で「２月４日からアジア大陸からの客をすべて断っており、あなたの今回の予約をキャンセルします」とブッキングドットコム経由で一方的に通告してきました。２月４日付でこの宿泊先からキャンセル依頼が予め入っており、「Residencia EMA City Viewより、お客様のご予約（チェックイン：2020-03-02）をキャンセルしたいとの連絡がありました。キャンセル料は発生いたしません。 以下の予約を無料でキャンセルを選択すると、本予約は無料でキャンセルされます。選択しない場合、予約は有効のままとなります。 」とブッキングドットコムがメールを送ってきたので、コロナウィルスが今回の一方的な「予約取り消し」の理由ということを知らずに、「選択しない場合、予約は有効のままとなります」という説明を受け、私はキャンセル選択はしませんでした。その後、私がキューバ、エクアドルなどの中南米旅行に出発する直前の２月２３日に下にコピーしたスペイン語文の一方的なキャンセルがブッキングドットコム経由で送られてきました。キューバの宿泊先で厳しいネット環境の中で、私は他のグアヤキルの宿泊先を探しましたが、各予約先の説明の上に黄色で「この宿泊先ではあなたがお住いの地域からの宿泊予約を受けていません」と書いてあり、それでもグアヤキルでは宿泊ができないという最悪の事態を避けるため、一軒を選び、予約をしようとしましたが、ブッキングドットコムが予約システムに手を加えて、Japan発の携帯電話の書き込みが出来ないようにしてありました。３月２日から始まるグアヤキル滞在に向けて、宿泊先無し、という最悪の状況を避けるため、エクスペディア Hola estimado Dan Kitagishi. Le comento que le mandamos la anulación de su reserva desde el 4 de febrero para que pudiera buscar otro sitio. Nosotros por medidas de seguridad no estamos recibiendo huéspedes del continente asiático. Sentimos mucho el inconveniente pero es algo preocupante a nivel mundial. Un cordial saludo
