We had a good stay in Santa Clara. The hotel is in a convenient area with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and good. Room didn't have any windows to look outside but that's probably because it's in a residential area which, like most of Havana we've seen, is very poor, so probably for the best.

Fabulous oasis really well located in Old Town Havana. Staff are wonderful, really friendly and welcoming. Food is really tasty and the complimentary breakfast is great. The pictures on the website are accurate but it’s even more cosy and quaint. Rooms are well furnished and equipped - even the more basic rooms have everything you’d need and the signature rooms with large windows and balcony are very special. The location is perfect, it’s on a reasonably quiet street but only minutes walk from the very central large squares and all the cafes and restaurants. From what we’ve seen in Havana this is hard to beat. Don’t even consider one of the large govt run hotels over this place. No comparison!

Great private boutique family owned hotel in old Havana. 7 rooms in total, and also has a restaurant/bar serving breakfast (included in my room rate) and lunch. Lots of hot water in the shower, reliable power and wifi. Friendly staff (Yuliet, Serguey, and Amin) that can assist in advising and booking all your needs. Conveniently located within walking distance to all the main downtown attractions. Highly recommend!

the hotel was lovely, and cosy large rooms . shower was powerful, beds so comfortable, i wanted to take it home lol. staff fantastic, all of them. Bar and food first class and cheap. Couldn't fault a think deffo would stay again.

Great location in the heart of Havana. Staff was friendly and helpful, also breakfast and coffee were great. The only downside is it get a bit loud at night/ early mornings and a bit chilly in the winter. Overall however, would recommend a stay here
