The rooms are very small, but they were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Not taking any stars off, but you can hear the late night crowd outside. "The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."

"Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, comfortable and quite large by Japanese hotel room standards. The property is opposite a familymart and is within 5 minute walking distance to metro and JR line trains adding extra convenience. "

"You cannot beat the view from this hotel. Compared with other places I've stayed in Japan, this had the best view, a feeling of space and relaxation, and with the fountain below, the white noise took care of any residual city sound. This place was convenient to the Tower, and also to public transportation. There was always a taxi if we needed one. We stayed in a Deluxe tower view, and the room was perfect and spacious, the service was exquisite, and the experience was seamless. We will be back!"
