"The rooms are nice and the people at this hotel are top tier. Ive been to a lot of hotels but this one went above and beyond when we needed an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Without asking, The concierge walked over to the computer to help us find flights when the train was down. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "
