"The room was fine and the bed was a double and comfortable. View out the window was nice. The evening desk service was poor. I asked for help using the tv and the person at the desk said he didn’t know anything about operating the tv. I asked another question a different evening ( can’t remember what it was now) but he responded the same way- he didn’t know about that’s. They seemed like basic things an employee should be able to help with. "

"Only issue was they only had one set of towels and when I went down to ask for more they never brought them up and 45 minutes later I had to go down and ask a second time and then they gave them right to me. Wish they had just done that the first time! "
