"Good service wasn’t happy with the first room because of the shabbiness and lack of space - couldn’t get around the bed. Carpet and couch looked stained in areas. Staff relocated us to another room in better condition. Comfortable bed and relatively quiet so all in all a good nights sleep. My stay would have been genuinely 3 star if the furnishings especially in the bathroom where in a better condition. "

"Overall we had a good stay We were returning guests and knew that hotel would suit our needs Near royal Albert hall and so accessible from heathrow Some great restaurants nearby We booked room only as full buffet breakfast is too much Yes rooms are on small side but perfect for our needs and shower is fantastic Our only issue was the air conditioning The room was always too hot even with air con on max!and found it very hard to sleep We had no option but to leave window open so it was noisy...
