We got some food and came back and were told that we were not allowed to eat in their waiting area even though...

"Kensington is a very nice part of London, the buildings architecture of the park hotel is also nice. The furniture is quite old and the rooms are a bit small. Since the location is that good, it doesnt bother at all. The bed is comfortable. Its a perfect compromise if you dont want to pay too much but still have good connections to all sightseeing spots and nice quarters of london."
