"Really home from home stay. Its not flashy and not pretentious. Comfortable toom and staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. Its location is ideal. 5 min walk from Hyde Park and another 20 min walk to knightsbrige for the shops, then easy walk up to westminstervand the palace. Paddington station is literaly around the corner if you dont fancy the walk and its on the central line (yellow) and 10 min tube ride to Victoria "

"Apparently they’re going to renovate/refurbish the floor I stayed on… the room was clean, reasonably comfortable, there was a lift, breakfast was okay. But the room felt like a 1970s private jet’s bedroom. Even the bathroom was like an airplane bathroom (albeit with a small shower). Only 2 plugs, both on the opposite side of the room from the bed. "Nice hotel conveniently located 5 minute walk to Paddington Tube station. Nice bar/restaurant with very nice staff. They are going through renovations but the makeshift checkin center/desk was convenient and nice. We will probably stay there again because the Heathrow express goes directly to Paddington, making the transfer to and from Heathrow really easy."
