"Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay. The property was nicely maintained and easy to navigate. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city and accessibility to public transportation was a plus! The service I received was unmatched. Each staff member I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable in their field and very kind. Would recommend anyone to stay at this property. "

"First of all, the staff for this property was AMAZING! Mehdi, Hakeem and Paul were helpful in every way, Important to note: this property does not have a lift/elevator and is an old British building which means narrow, steep stairs. The staff will carry your bags for you, but climbing 5 flights of stairs left me winded! My single room was clean and comfortable, but very small. Dimensions were roughly 6 feet wide by 8 feet long. All in all, I loved the quirkiness of the building and as a smaller person in relatively good shape, did not mind the drawbacks. However, I can imagine others would have been surprised by these conditions. Still, I would not hesitate to book here again!"

"Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice. The rooms are rather small but tidy. Car park was easily accessible with plenty of parking available. They let me park my car for a bit longer after check out for no extra charge, not in their policy but a gesture of good will. Thank you"
