"The Caesar Hotel is a great place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights before joining a tour group at a hotel on the Strand. The neighborhood for the Caesar was nice, quiet and convenient. The hotel is close to Paddington and Bayswater stations, and closed to Kensington Palace. The breakfast is amazing, with a great selection. I had a small issue with my room, and the staff did everything they could to offer options for me. I will choose this hotel again if I return to London."

"Great location, just 2 blocks away from Paddington station, where the Tube trains (local subway lines), commuter trains and cross country trains can be accessed. The station also has a mini mall attached with stores and restaurants. We used the tube to travel around the city and surrounding areas. Very convenient. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very walkable with lots of nice local restaurants nearby. The hotel is an older facility, rooms and bathrooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast is included, served every morning and there is an onsite lounge/bar area for evening cocktails. It’s not air conditioned, but our open window and a fan kept us quite comfortable, even a little chilly at night. Our trip was in late May, so not sure if it would be the same during summer months. There is a lovely, huge park nearby with a beautiful lake, walking and bike riding trails, and beautiful gardens. If you walk through the park, ~a 2 mile walk, on the other side you’ll be close to some major attractions, e.g., Harrods and more. It’s such a lovely area, and I would definitely stay at the Mitre House again"

"Absolutely wonderful little gem of a hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Station. Easy to find, spotlessly clean, very cosy, friendly receptionist and for a solo traveller perfect! 🙂 Really exceeded my expectations and I hope to stay there again."

"A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London. "
