"The staff was phenomenal! We were told the only room left in the entire hotel was downstairs in the basement.. this requires us to take an elevator down to the basement and it smelled when we got to the landing. The room was clean however was tiny. "

"When i I got to the hotel at 2:10pm, there was a VACCINES sign on the door. This greatly increased my hopes of possibly having an early check in(rather than 2:30)which i did.
