"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. "The location was incredible a block from the underground. That was the best part! The room was simple and clean and quiet. The front desk staff was lovely. The only down side was the bathroom was tiny. Think airplane lavatory tiny. The shower was 24”x24”. Very easy to get claustrophobic. It did the job but it was tiny. "

"Perfect location across from Tube station with 3 lines. Room was very quiet at night, both windows opened, and the aircon worked. Lots of great restaurants and shops close. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom worn out, but lots of hot water and storage, both there and in bedroom. Very nice, efficient staff, good housekeeping. Bed and pillows clean but very hard. Still, I was tired, and slept well!"

"The staff are the shining stars - they were efficient, helpful & just plan nice. I was in the older part of the hotel, but it had been updated. There was no elevator in that section , so if stairs are a problem best let them know in advance. The hotel is a nice walk to town centre..but it is a good 15minute walk. All in all a pleasant hotel"
