"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! "The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...
