"Absolute best! The views are unbelievable and being located between Sapa and a Hmong village made for nice walks to both places. We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world. "We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked.
