"Second time of staying here and the room wasn't as good this time. There were bits on the carpet, the sink smelt when used of drainage and the shower head sprayed everywhere other than it should. Think more maintenance is required. The staff are excellent though. "

"A two night stay with family members. Traditional London pub which served very tasty food. Not all of the items on the menu or drinks in the bar were available. The rooms were clean but not spacious and situated on the side of the noisy south circular road. The staff were friendly and accommodating."
