"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"Good value for money and well located - only one tube stop from Kings Cross and the Kings Place concert venue and short walk to.the British Museam. We stayed in room 461 - nice and quiet with dual aspect windows which ensured good light during the day. The room was small but perfect for a short stay- I particularly like the high standard of cleanliness at this hotel."

"Great location in the heart of London. Hotel is very adequate in terms of amenities. Beds were comfortable and the room size and bathroom were perfect for 2 people. Very busy the time we were there and the hallways could get a bit nosy at night. But otherwise a very good bargain and spent 2 weeks. Will stay again. "
