"We loved the hotel and the service was very good. Our Patio Room was great and the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed that the 12th knot bar was not open at all during our stay, even though it was advertised as being open on 23rd, but one of the bar staff explained that it was closed for the majority of December due to private parties. "This was a very pleasant place to stay at. I got a smaller room since I was a solo traveler but it was a perfect size for me. Not too small or cramped. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance and a train station is only about a 6 min walk away. I also felt safe in the area and I liked the security details of the property. 10/10 would recommend."
