Upon reaching the property which my Wife has stayed at on 2 previous occasions, we was shocked to see lots of dust in the room & furthermore the room was infested with bugs and we was both bitten several times all over our body. We complained but there was no rooms for us to change as the hotel was at full capacity. We couldn’t sleep due to the bites & this made the stay uncomfortable. I would like so refund for this as it is not what i expected when I paid for this hotel

Hotel is conveniently located in main tourism hub near all attractions I’m walking distance. Room, linen and bath were neat and clean and upto star standard. Reception was tourist friendly. Breakfast has limited options. It was value for money. Mercure is always good.
