"My favorite place to stay in kona, great food at the restaurant, nice view depending on if you get ocean view. Quiet place to stay. They have an adult pool and another pool with a water slide, ridiculously fun! 2 hot tubs and a kiddie/ shallow "beach" sand pool"

"It looks a little worn down on the road but once you step into the property, the remodel is great. Our room is basic, but very comfortable and quiet and the property is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Would recommend. "

"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place with a full kitchen! "
