"I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. "Flawless experience. We stayed for three nights in one of the art rooms with a magical view of Tokyo Tower and Mt. Fuji. Every amenity was provided (and smelled great).
