"Highly recommend the Sultanhan Hotel! We were totally unfamiliar with Istanbul, so we took a chance on this booking and it worked out wonderfully. The location is as stated, walking distance to major destinations, including the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself is on a pretty quiet street and we felt safe in the area. Decent sized room, very clean, great breakfast in the top floor restaurant with amazing views--seriously, no complaints. The staff was very helpful with everything including how to use the excellent (and very close) public transportation, recommendations on things to do, and getting us back to the airport efficiently and relatively cheaply. Istanbul itself was amazing! The public transportation is cheap, easy to use and dependable. The sights are beautiful; I especially enjoyed our Bosphorus Cruise. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental, the front office, concierge and house keeping were all amazing and always smiling. The staff is very well trained and know how to make the guests happy. I want to mention Mehmet from the front office, he upgraded our room and was very helpful. Also Zainab from housekeeping was just a nice and welcoming lady. Great stay, great food and of course great staff."

"I had recommended this hotel to 2 friends last & this year without visiting myself based on reviews that I had read. I am so glad that I had the chance to visit, as it was spectacular - lobby, staff, rooms, views.. the list is endless. Great hotel option with amazing views of the Bosphorus and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. Madhu’s and 16 Roof in the hotel are also worth visiting, great meal/drinks at both. Will definitely be back! "

"Great hotel, location and terrace with a beautiful view of the city and water. For the price point, Seven Hills was fantastic value. I especially appreciated the service of the staff, and in particular Kadir, who welcomed me. I arrived at 1am and upon entering my room he noticed a problem that he was not happy about, so immediately went about finding me another room without me even asking, and then brought me a plate of Turkish Delight…it’s those little things that leave lasting memories and I only wish I could thank him enough. Seven Hills, he will be hired by the Four Seasons across the road if you don’t promote him soon! Not only him, but every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful."
