"The rooms are not big by western standards but in the Shinjuku area it good for two adults still. The amenities are good and standard Japan service like slippers, robes, toothbrush and paste, a few hangers and a usable bathtub line for your self wash hangings. "I reserved paid for twin beds but ended having one bed.i ended paying extra for 2 twin beds.Beddings are comfy,Not enough space to get out of bed & move around. I can’t lift nor raise my leg into the tub. Ended using public bath to shower. Otherwise the staff was excellent in accommodating my needs Thank you"

"Great quiet room. You would never even know you are at an airport. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. (I hurt myself on my trip, and they helped me with a wheelchair during my one night stay.) would definitely stay here again, especially cause it made flying out of Terminal 3 so easy. "

Tokyo Stay!

"This was a avery clean and comfortable stay. It's on a quiet street away from the main road and has a plenty of great restaurants near by! Subway station is a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was just ok, not too bad but wouldnt do it again. Rooms are small yet comfortable. Keep this mind for multiple big pieces of luggage! Hotel will hold lugage for you if needed and they offer late check out for a fee of 4000 yen per hour after the check out time. They have a currency exchange machine in the lobby and an atm is available across the street at Family Mart!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. The room was perfect for me. Only thing I would say is that there was mould around the outside of the bath/shower, which is an easy fix. I loved staying here. Definitely will be back! "
