"Wonderful opulent hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything that you need. The breakfast was fantastic, the bars were very cool, but the staff were amazing. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I do plan to return. "

"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! You can also store your luggage there. The hotel is close to Russell Square Station and there's a huge waitrose close by. Great alternative to a hostel, especially with its British flair! "
