"Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. "We are just back from staying at the Metropolitan Boutique. Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern. Within walking distance of old town and Jewish quarter. Unfortunately however on our last night a large group of males descended on the hotel and were very disruptive. We were woken at 4am by the group coming into the hotel and then again at 730-0800am that morning when they proceeded to play loud music and sing. This was the only downside of the stay however. "

"The Sky hotel in Krakow, is very close to the main train station & Galleria mall. It’s a beautiful building. Hotel reception staff were really friendly. Our luggage was taken to our room later in the day. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice. Taking an early trip we asked for a breakfast bag and the hotel packed plenty of snacks and drinks for us. The room was comfortable twin beds and plenty of hanging space. Tea and coffee available. Super Service

"The standard of service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was second to none. Well placed for both the Jewish Quarter and Old Town we had a super stay and thoroughly enjoyed Krakow. Train from the airport to Grzegorzki Station costs PL20 (payable on platform or on train) and steps from the platform lead more or less to the front door of the hotel (we didn’t experience any noise from the tailor tram line during our stay). The same station takes you directly to the Salt Mines and Oswiecim for Aushchwitz The ease of chess allowed us to book tickets directly with both and save €’s Fab Fusion Restaurant provided a superb breakfast and also happy hour 4-6pm every day and has a super quality menu. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Housekeeping superb and thorough and the hotel provide super complimentary toiletries including conditioner and body lotion (bonus when travelling with hand luggage!) Would definitely stay here again"

"Stayed in a Superior double with kitchenette. Wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel for location, just off the roadway of the bars and people walking but just 1 minute to a street with shops food and bars as you walk to the main square. Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely stay in this location again when I visit Krakow in the future. "

"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip."

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
