"The room was basic but suited us well. The staff were friendly, with excellent English and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is right next to the Metro station, the only downside to this being you can hear the escalator constantly from the room above, though we did get used to it. The market is right on the doorstep on a Sunday (and I think a Thursday), so was lovely for a walk around. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre and less than 5 mins to lots of restaurants....

"Lovely building, good location, located in walking distance to the Palais des Beaux Arts and not too far from Lille town centre. Complimentary welcome drinks, rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bed, but slight stagnant smell from the bathroom. "

"The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Free underground safe parking lot with EV stations. Lots of spaces available. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice machine where you make your own. Good selection of hot and cold food. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street. "

"Beautiful room in a central location. Like many old buildings, there is no lift access and reception is up a staircase so you’ll need to haul your bags up and down flights of stairs. Not staffed after 9.30pm so you need to call someone off site to open to door for access. Reception was not there most of the time and there is no secure storage for your bags if you want somewhere to leave them once you’ve checked out. Otherwise, rooms were really nice and it was a little noisy due to central...
