"Great cost benefit in a modern hotel. Pros: It is a 15-minute walk from the city center. The rooms are modern and new. There is a very good ceiling showerhead. The place is very clean. Self-check-in and check-out. Cons: The bathroom has no door - the toilet and shower are separated, but there is a curtain to separate from the room. The room and the beds are small. Breakfast was the most disappointing part: very basic with stale bread and no juice."

However, it was very strange to have a frosted bathroom door right in front of the toilet seat. It might have been just my room, but if you are sitting on the bed, you are looking directly at the bathroom and you can see the shadow of someone sitting on the toilet."

"Me and my mum stayed on the ground floor in the room Grosvenor and Belford, the rooms are immaculate and spotless. There is no reception, but we didn’t find this an issue as there is plenty of information about check in and I managed to leave my bag with a local company free of charge. There was a issue overnight with our heating but this was quickly resolved and compensated. Fantastic hotel, would return! Love the choccies and tote bag!"
