Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’"

"The condo/apartment at Dale Street Liverpool was in a great location and it was spacious. There could be some upgrades made (sofa, more glasses etc...), but all in all, it worked out well for us, and we really enjoyed our stay in Liverpool! Carolyn & Rick (Montreal) Sept 2025"

"Generally a great option to stay in, but unsurprisingly, it was a bit loud on the weekend, especially with lots of dumpster use in the middle of the night. Probably didn't help that the large bedroom window was broken? But even so, I would recommend a stay there. "
