"Great stay in the Dalmahoy really enjoyed our time. Nice restaurants to eat in and great facilities including the pool which we enjoyed. Would recommend and stay again!"

"Room was basic but good - everything worked well, but there was one slight problem - the bathroom 'pod' was quite noisy to use, i.e. the door operation was noisy, and also it was not possible to turn the bathroom light on without also lighting the main room. Hence when using the loo at night it inevitably also woke up my wife. Breakfast was included and was excellent."

"What a great location! My daughter and I stayed for 1 night. We had a fantastic view of the castle! The most comfortable Bed and a pull out couch. We lucked out when we arrived because there was an outdoor market across from the hotel. We found and purchased some great items and food. We were within walking distance to the castle and shops/streets. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The hotel staff were very accommodating."

"Conveniently located not too far from Edinburgh Castle and other areas. We walked most of the time it’s only a mile or so to some of the farther places you might want to go. One really nice perk was the breakfast. It was a nice selection with a full Scottish breakfast available and plenty of pastry/bread options as well. "

"Windows didnt open and ac only sets down to 19. Lovely location and wonderful staff. Remodeling reception so that was unfortunate as made entry awkward. "
