"This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! "

"We were in NY for Christmas to visit family. The apartment is small (it is NY) but has everything you need. It is convenient but not on a busy street. Check and communication were all very efficient. "

"Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"Great location-a little difficult to find the front door. Spacious, newly renovated. No microwave Excellent rooftop “patio” space, but difficult to access. Good hot water Small master bath but other bathrooms huge. Overall excellent stay for our group of 6 adults, although upstairs guests were very noisy"
