"I chose the property for its good reviews and proximity to the 405 freeway not realizing that it was a large UCLA conference center. That being said, it’s a beautiful building with very nice rooms and welcoming front desk staff. I would stay there again, but with the hesitation that parking is very limited for the size of the property and first come first serve. "If you are doing a short stop in Los Angeles and need to fly out next day this hotel is an excellent option. It’s clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. To go to a nearby restaurant you must drive or get and Uber but just a 10 min drive which for me is ok. A nice are to visit near by (20 min by car) is Manhattan Beach. Nice pier, clean beach, good cafes and restaurants all in a 5 block radius. No homeless crowds there. "
