"Overall stay was really good. I booked three gold suites and accidentally booked one suite as not gold and immediately tried to change it but the hotel did not let me. They did not reply to my numerous emails and kept asking me to send more emails when I called to share my concerns. This one mistake ruined the trip for many of the guests coming with me and I did not appreciate the hotel service at all."

Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah

5.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (364)

However there is a regular and reliable golf cart service which takes you closer to the Haram extension. However, there is also a prayer room which is located on the third floor overlooking the Haram, where you can still be part of the congregation. Food choices are abundant and exquisite and staff are friendly and always on hand to help."

"It eas a blessng to have stayed so close and be able to pray inside the room. The bathrooms were a bit weird as the shower space was not made well and too small. Also, not being to able to have uber drivers pull up to the entrance was a hassel as our luggage had to be dragged almost 1Km away when checking out. Our driver could not pull up to the entrance while checking in either. Travelling to and from was not easy. However, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the location trumps...
