"I recently stayed at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The highlight for me was the Haram View Suite, the view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a view was truly special. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and it was a great way to start the day. The customer service was impeccable, staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every need was met. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip, In sha Allah."

"I booked through Expedia my whole Umrah trip for 4 people. Somehow the room that I finally booked was of 3 single beds. I called property and emailed them too but the issue was not solved. When we finally reached there and talked to them, they were very nice and receptive. They upgrade our room and gave us a suite instead. It was first Umrah of my kids and we were staying at Pullman Zamzam for the first time too. This act made our stay memorable and we are now Pullman ZamZam for life. Also their luggage policy is very good and helpful. Haram is right outside the hotel. Breakfast options were great too. "
