"A good budget hotel. You get what you pay for. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. Breakfast changes daily and the area has lots of options for dining and entertainment. Only downside is the beds and mattress were definately on the hard side. I prefer a softer one. If you're walking from Shinjuku station it is on an incline of you have a lot of luggage. "

"What a lovely stay! Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. Typical to Tokyo, room size is small so consider bringing smaller bags. However there were many ledges and organizers to keep the space peaceful during my stay. Lovely staff. Great location to walk to nice restaurants and very peaceful area. "

"The location is great because of the while Tokyo Dome complex with many restaurants, attractions and open spaces, also the room had unobstructed views due to the location with big enough windows to enjoy it during the day and night while the staff was friendly and helpfull"

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3

"I landed in Haneda late at night. It was so nice to have a hotel right there in the airport without having to go outside and look for transportation. My room was small, but it was all I needed for one night. The breakfast was good. Many options available for all tastes. I recommend the hotel for weary travelers to rejuvenate."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Service was great and Everyone was super friendly. The location is great - 5 minute walk to Shiomi station, family mart in the building, restaurant also has a bar and restaurant. There are also a few restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. I absolutely loved breakfast here. Everything was really good and there were so many options. Location is quiet, safe and clean. Disneyland is about 25 minutes away, Shinjuku & Shibuya about 45 minutes"
