"The hotel Nice is located in a safe and quiet area, just few steps from the bus stop which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. My room and all hotel areas were very clean, my room was spacious and well equipped. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival I was offered upgrade of my room at no extra charge. At my next stay in Venice I would choose this hotel again."

"Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel. "

The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "
