"We absolutely loved the hotel, and would happily stay there again. Unfortunately, we don't know if we will be visiting Mexico again - it's a long way from the UK! "I received a bottle of wine but just one wine glass and no wine bottle opener, I bought one in the area, I asked for a second wine glass and never received it so we share the one we have, nothing major but details make the difference. "

"Really nice hotel! The area is nice and quiet at night. The room walls are a little thin, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. The coffee machine is a nice bonus, I used the laundry machine in the basement to wash my clothes once, and the cleaning folks provide you some water each time they tidy the room. The area is super nice and walkable to grab coffee, nearby drinks, brunch, or dinners."

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient.
