"This was one of the most enjoyable rentals that I have stayed at. My family enjoyed the quiet farmhouse and lovely views. My grandkids loved staying on a farm, a blessing that our family members have experienced for generations, but now the family farms are gone. We were gathered in the area to enjoy family members from around the world and this was a great place for our subgroup. We were really able to enjoy our time together. Thank you for a lovely stay."

Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks."

"Absolutely loved this place, the view of Sodus Bay, and the family that owns it! Such a good location and price point for the area that it is in. Also owned by the same family is Riley's restaurant across the street and Bay Bridge sport shop. Both of these places cannot be beaten in terms of quality, price, and service. 10 out of ten would recommend to anyone and I WILL be back next year!"

"We had a family funeral to attend and family from out of town in Texas and Virginia needed a place where we could all stay together. This was awesome for what we needed with enough room and great outdoor space right on the water. They had everything we needed to cook, board games and paddle boats and a kayak to use.
