"Stayed 1 night at the hotel, room is rather spacious for a Dormy Inn and comfortable for 2 people, Hotel facilities are great, there is an ones, foot bath, laundry, supper (free noodles at 9.30pm) and other snacks during the day. Enjoy my stay!"

"You have to ride bus for 30 min from hakone-yumoto station but it’s soo worth it! This place is very stylish, clean and luxury. I stayed in the unit with the private bath. There was a certificate that shows what kind of mineral was in the water. Everything was very comfortable. Bus stop is conveniently located almost right in front of the hotel, but the bus that goes straight to Odawara station is always full and only come every 30 min. "This was one of, if not THE, most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. The service was EXCELLENT. We received a lot of individualized attention (I.e., we were assigned a hotel staff member who took care of us the entire stay, the staff greeted us and escorted us to breakfast and dinner every meal). Overall, the staff was SO hospitable, kind, friendly, and accommodating. We were sad to go. We are a couple on our honeymoon in Japan. So we decided to splurge on the nicest hotel suite....

"We stayed here on our drive back into Tokyo, and the location was super convenient—right off the freeway. The staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink and treat when we checked in. I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, but I really wish I had. "We loved our stay here for the authentic home-stay hospitality. The dinner and breakfast were amazing! I Strongly recommend including the meals in your reservation - I think it was the best part . "As a repeat guest I was generally satisfied. Not blown away, but satisfied. The unexpected : lI had to call housekeeping twice to change the ground sheet on one of the beds, first time because my daughter identified mould, the second time to change it because of holes. "The view was amazing. Onsen was amazing. Wake up to view of Mt Fuji almost every other day, when it is not cloudy. 7eleven and Lawson is just a walk away. Bus stop is right next door.
