"We had to transfer from Palazzo to Venetian, but the staff was very nice and did their best to take care of us. Like Christine at Palazzo front desk, she went the extra mile to take care of us by making sure our rooms were situated and ready. Although I will say the front desk over the phone or call center weren’t as great. They seem to lack the personal connection and just wanted to address your issue and move on."

"Hotel is great. Staff very helpful. It’s off the strip a little bit and walk back late at night it doesn’t feel that safe. Had my head on a swivel the whole time. During the day it’s fine and you can walk through the mall. Mall closes at night so you have no choice but to walk down the street that is unlit. "

"Caution with booking as the Wynn and Encore are on same listings but different hotels and fairly far apart. I thought I was booking at Wynn however I booked at Encore and when I checked in a Wynn they offered to find a room for me at the Wynn so we didn't have to call for the car again and repark at Encore. They did and I had to pay an additional $70/night because the only room had a view of the Sphere. Not a huge deal but it doesn't smell right. The front desk told me I was the second one...
