"It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab. "

"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. It never stopped raining and it felt like the ocean waves might come rugbt in the room. I would definitely go again when the weather is warmer"

"The property is beautiful and so well kept. The rooms are very well designed and quite comfortable. Breakfast is great, and we easily arranged for transportation for our three couples each of our two evenings for dinner near Monopoli. The owner, Vito, is a warm, charming man, and very thoughtful. We all highly recommend this place. So nice!!!"
