"I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description.
