"An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!"

Though we arrived late in the evening, the area felt lively with a cozy bar restaurant right in front of the hotel and a small grocery store conveniently located just a block away. The check-in process was a bit slow, as the staff had to manually record our passport details into a ledger, but they were friendly and accommodating. "This is a very old-school hotel that has almost certainly seen better days, but maintains a sort of old world grandeur that I quite liked. The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."

"We stayed in a separate building adjacent to main hotel so didn’t really have much to do with staff etc. our room was fine, clean, comfy beds and plenty of storage. The area was really good, plenty of nice restaurants & cafes. Train stations in walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Had breakfast in cafe next door Cafe Salute, croissants and drink for around £3, excellent value"
