"The scenery was beautiful- the room was excellent- the beds were very comfortable. 11 year old loved the pool and the water-slide. Didn't like having to pay for parking and parking was a challenge because there were so many cars. Unfortunately, the balcony was unusable due to the seasonal bug infestation in the area - not the hotel's fault- but still a disappointment. "

"The location is very good for access to downtown Gatlinburg. The price for the unit was a good value. The unit we were in had cupboards and drawers that were dirty with finger oils. One of the upholstered chairs was worn out and did not appear to be clean. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food residue."

"TV was horrible to operate. Hotel room was very outdated. I requested a lower room close the elevator and accessible for my elderly parent and did not receive that; in fact, the room was the furthest from the elevator. I wasn't aware that there wasn't daily cleaning service. We did call and ask for clean towels and refresh of coffee and they did bring it up right away."

"Stayed 3 days Pros- Close to main area for tourists. Close to Anakeesta. The hotel itself is updated in some ways, huge room. Balcony was nice. They have 2 pools and 2 firepits. Comfortable beds. Cons- People being noisy at firepit at night if by them. School next doors chimes and bell early if you want to sleep in. "
