"This new property is amazing. A gem just off the beaten path from downtown Gatlinburg. The only hiccup being that somehow my cell phone didn't make it from Hotels/Expedia to the property, so the check-in code for the room wasn't texted to me. So I had to call the property's main number. But the property and room are incredible. Feels like an outdoor cabin. The fire pits in the middle are a nice touch!"
