"Well-presented room although we were by the main entrance so noisy at times. Good shower and bed comfortable. Could have done with air-con as the room was hot."

"Central & convenient. Room suited my mobility needs. Staff v pleasant & helpful.. However, room needs redecorating, looking rather shabby. Mark Enough hanging & drawer space. I felt that a shelf is actually needed in the bathroom for towels & sponge bags etc."

"The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."
