I travel quite a bit and have never seen this before and the fee is way too high for no reason. During my arrival in Naples while I was in the subway on my way to the hotel I was also getting text messages from the front desk saying that if I didn’t arrive soon they would have it as a “no-show” and I thought that was totally out of place too.
