"Space was lovely, staff was so warm and welcoming. Room was small but we didn’t need anything bigger. We got offered an upgrade but didn’t need it. Location can’t be beat. Parked on the same street in a lot about a half a block down that we booked ahead on SpotHero for $44 for 24 hours. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Exceptional Service and Perfect Stay! I had an incredible experience at the Millenium Times Square. The front desk agent was truly exceptional—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his outstanding service deserves recognition. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Millenium Times Square to anyone seeking exceptional service, a prime location, and a wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely return on my next trip!"
